Configure your views
Fusion Online provides powerful customization options to help you display the most relevant information in your views. This tutorial will guide you through two common tasks:
Customizing and saving your My Tasks view – Learn how to adjust filters, sorting, and columns, then save your preferences.
Creating and organizing a new Endpoint view – Use the View Manager to create a custom view and place it at the top of your navigation.

1. Customize and save your My Tasks view
The My Tasks view shows all tasks assigned to you. You can refine it to better fit your workflow.
Steps:
Open My Tasks – Click My Tasks in the Workspace section of the navigation menu.
Apply filters – Click + Add Filter, select a filter (e.g., Project), and adjust the value.
Sort tasks – Click the Sort button and choose fields to organize your tasks, such as Projected Start.
Adjust columns – Click the Columns button to add, remove, or rearrange columns.
Change row density or pagination – Use the options menu to adjust row height or the number of tasks shown per page.
Save your view – Click Save View in the view options menu to keep your changes.
Your My Tasks view is now customized and will retain these settings unless reset.
2. Create and organize a new Endpoint View
Now, let’s create a custom Endpoint view and place it at the top of Views navigation menu using the View Manager.
Steps:
Open the View Manager – Click Views in the navigation menu, then select View Manager.
Create a new view – Click + Create New View, select Endpoints View, and enter a view name.
Move the View to the Top – In the View Manager, drag your new view to the top of the list or into a custom group.
Exit the View Manager – Close the manager and find your new view in the navigation menu.
Now, your custom Endpoint view is easily accessible and organized within your workspace.
