View Manager
The View Manager is accessible from the Views section of the navigation menu and the action menu for any custom view. This screen allows you to manage and organize your views, creating a flexible setup tailored to your unique needs. Whether you need views focused on specific team members, projects, or resources, the View Manager lets you fully customize the Views section in the navigation menu.

Managing views
The View Manager enables you to fully organize the Views section in the navigation menu. By grouping views, you create a structured, user-friendly setup. You can also create new groups, moving views into these groups as needed.
The View Manager supports the following view types:
Task views – Learn more
Project views – Learn more
Endpoint views – Learn more
Team views – Learn more
Resource views – Learn more
Click the + create new view link at the top of the page to add a new view to the currently selected group.
View action menu
Each view includes an action menu with several management options:
Move Up/Down: Adjusts the view order within the group.
Open: Opens the view.
Rename: Allows renaming the view.
Hide: Temporarily removes the view from the navigation menu.
Copy: Creates a duplicate of the view.
Delete: Permanently removes the view.
Move to Another Group: Transfers the view to a different group.

Organizing views into groups
The group list appears on the left side of the View Manager. By default, there’s a single group called Ungrouped Views, which cannot be deleted. Any view in this group appears at the top level under the Views section in the navigation menu.

Creating a New Group: Click + add new group to create a new view group. Select the group to view and manage the views it contains.
Group Action Menu: Each group has an action menu, allowing you to:
Rename the Group
Delete the Group
Move Group Up/Down in the order
Hide the Group from the navigation menu
Move All Views to Another Group
