You will be notified by email when your export is complete and you can download it from the Notification Center.
API:
Record limits have been removed. There is no longer a 3000 total record limit. You can use pagination to download all of the records that match your filters.
New API methods have been added to get the total count of records matching a specified filter, e.g.
POST /tasks/count.
The Fever Chart was relocated to a dedicated tab on the endpoint's detail view for easier access.
Scheduled Start/Finish task fields have been renamed to Baseline Start/Finish.
Project abbreviation can now be left blank when creating a new project. Fusion Online will automatically generate an abbreviation if none is specified.
Project and task Notes fields have been renamed to Microsoft Project Notes. These fields can be used to display notes that were entered in Microsoft Project. For richer formatting and capabilities, use the Description field instead. The Microsoft Project Notes fields are hidden by default for new projects. You can choose to show/hide these fields from the Project Options.
The Assignment Scheduler will try to honor all task constraints. This means that it will schedule MSO and MFO tasks on the specified dates, and it will try to schedule FNLT and SNLT tasks before their deadline.
Non-project tasks support all constraint types.
Fixes
Multiple bug fixes have been made to improve user experience and system stability.
Version 15.4.6
September 20, 2025
Fixes
There was an issue in the Network Diagram view where, under certain conditions, the diagram could become corrupted. This prevented publishing changes (leaving the diagram stuck in draft) and could sometimes create unintended new tasks in the project.
Version 15.4.5
September 4, 2025
Fixes
Security update for the on-premise version of Fusion Online.
Version 15.4.4
July 26, 2025
Fixes
Updating a comment in a project’s history would also update the same history record in any copies of the project.
When the task Gantt chart contained more than three years of data on the timeline, the Zoom All option would not display all future tasks and would not provide a horizontal scrollbar to view tasks that were offscreen.
Links from completed tasks and unscheduled tasks were not displayed in the Gantt chart when the Show Assignment Bar option was disabled.
Scrolling horizontally in project and endpoint view Gantt charts could cause bars to disappear.
Single sign-on integration could not connect to some Okta organizations that did not have the API Access Management feature enabled.
Version 15.4.3
July 8, 2025
Fixes
Some users were occasionally prevented from logging in due to a license error indicating that the number of users exceeded the license limit. The issue would typically resolve itself within 30 minutes.
Resizing a buffer could produce invalid results, including an incorrect buffer end date and an unusable fever chart. If this occurred prior to the fix, run a schedule update to restore buffer data and chart integrity.
The Landing Zone Start could appear earlier than the Landing Zone Finish when the endpoint had no remaining variation and the landing zone size was effectively zero. After the fix, the start and finish dates will be the same in this case.
The login page could briefly appear when opening Fusion Online in a new browser tab, even if the user was already logged in.
Version 15.4.2
April 16, 2025
New features
A new Fusion Online documentation website is now available! Click the Help link in the left navigation bar to explore guides, tutorials, and reference material.
Changes
Additional security improvements have been implemented to help protect your data and enhance system integrity.
Fixes
Chain Remaining and Buffer Remaining were incorrectly shown as 0 days on the multi-endpoint fever chart when clicking on a point to view the current status.
Checklist task descriptions and attachments were not copied when copying a project.
Errors like "Project Diagram Draft does not exist" or "The diagram has a pending draft to publish" could appear when publishing a network diagram too soon after making changes or while others were publishing the same diagram.
The Undo/Redo stack was not cleared when the network diagram was published, which allowed the user to undo changes that were already published and potentially causing inconsistencies in the diagram.
A sticky note could sometimes re-appear in the network diagram after being removed.
Version 15.4.1
February 17, 2025
Fixes
Network diagrams were not copied when duplicating a project or creating a new project from a template.
Updating a user with a Team Member License in the User Details view incorrectly changed their license to Team Lead License. If no Team Lead licenses were available, this issue could prevent any user from logging in.
Version 15.4.0
January 31, 2025

Version 15.2.1
December 21, 2023
Fixes
There were a few fixes to the Checklist page:
If you had more than nine checklist tasks on the page, the remaining checklist tasks would not display anything in the Task Name column and you could not see their task names.
Selecting the "Move to Bottom" action would move the task below the new task row.
The page would scroll back to the top when you opened the action menu for a row in the table.
Accessing the Project Details would result in a permission error if the project had an abbreviation that consisted solely of numbers.
Importing resources from one project to another (using +create new resource on the Resource Details page) would result in a corrupted calendar if a resource calendar contained exceptions. This would prevent you from downloading the project to Fusion Desktop.
Changing the selected columns in the user administration view could cause the page to crash and display an error message.

Fixes
Projects with new endpoints added in Fusion could fail to update, leaving the projects in a locked state.
You could not unassign a desktop app license on the Edit User Profile page if there were no more available licenses.
Switching between endpoints on the Fever Charts screen would cause an incorrect status point to be selected in the chart.
The list of members on the Group Details page would not always refresh if you had already visited this page. This means that it could display an outdated list of members.
Only the first 20 group members were displayed for project and task groups on the Group Details page.
When adding new members to a group, it was possible to select already-existing members, which caused an incorrect member count to be displayed until the changes were saved.

All users will be required to submit an email address if there isn’t one already associated with the account. This is to help keep the system more secure by providing self-service password reset functionality, and also to support email notifications from Fusion.
Users will be prompted to enter an email address when they first login to 15.1 (if they don’t have one already in their profile). A confirmation email will automatically be sent out by Fusion. Simply click the link in the email to confirm the email address.
Task Details has new Comments and Description fields to enhance collaboration:
The Comments and Description fields allow formatted text and user mentions (images and attachments will come in future versions)
In these fields, you can add "Mentions" by typing an @ sign and selecting the user name. This will cause that user to be notified of the mention.
There is a formatting menu that allows you to format the field.
You can create chains of comments in order to have conversations about the task.
There is a comment icon/link at the top of Task Details. It shows how many comments are attached to the task; clicking on it jumps to the comments section.
There are other changes to the Task Details screen:
The layout has changed significantly.
Actual Start and Actual Finish are now shown for all task types.
It now shows the Resources field for milestones, because tasks can be converted to and from milestones.

In the multi-buffer Fever Chart, the table with list of endpoints did not support compact mode.
The duration editor on the Task Details page was re-designed to make it easier to use.
The project Start Date can now be updated in Project Details. This can be useful if the project is going to start in the future, because the bars in the Project and Endpoint view Gantt chart will not be drawn before the project start date.
In bulk task update, the resource assignments selection list now only shows resource names that match the projects of the selected tasks.
The Checklist editor is now easier to use to add and modify checklist tasks.
There are various small changes to the user interface text, buttons, and layout.
The Microsoft Project version is now displayed in project history.
The Reset Password dialog now shows the user's name.

Project/Task/Resource Groups from different Organization that have the same name now have information to help identify which organization a group is for.
Fixes
Gantt links were not aligned correctly when the table was set to compact mode.
Users trying to copy status comments by dragging and selecting could accidentally dismiss the dialog.
Percent lags were not supported in task link editor.
Special characters in the project abbreviation (#, %, or +) broke browser links to the project or its tasks; those characters are now disallowed in a project abbreviation.
"View task links" would correctly be disabled when the project was locked, but the tool tip would incorrectly say "you don't have permission."
The Subtasks tab (displayed only for summary tasks) showed filters that should only apply to My Tasks and User Tasks views.
When selecting a custom date filter and entering a specific date, the filter description would say “All” instead of showing the date.
There was no way to sort the endpoints by priority.
If you edited a view by entering search text and then clicked Discard Changes (or Reset View for Workspace views), the search text would not be cleared.
The tooltip window for critical tasks was not displaying links to Impact Chain and Task Links.
The System Options could not be saved if you removed the Support Email.
Version 15.0.3
March 17, 2023
Fixes
The Priority Endpoint for a project was not calculated correctly, which could result in a lower priority endpoint being identified as the Priority Endpoint for the project. This would affect the data in the Priority Endpoint column in project views and the results from the Priority Endpoint filter in endpoint views.
Version 15.0.2
February 27, 2023
Fixes
The Resource Details view would allow you to change the resource name without validating the name for duplicates. This could result in the project having duplicate resource names.
Pagination was not working on the Subtasks tab for summary task Task Details.
The selection list of endpoints on the Fever Charts view would not always refresh when opening the view. This could result in an incorrect list of endpoints in the selection list.
Clicking on the Endpoint UID column header in the Endpoints chart view would result in an error being displayed in the view instead of the fever chart.
A user permissions issue was fixed.
Version 15.0.1
January 11, 2023
Fixes
User managers were displayed as “(inactive)” on the Users administration screen.
The Project Details window could get stuck when trying to save a change to the project abbreviation if the abbreviation was already in use by another project.
Version 15.0.0
December 15, 2022
New features
A number of features have been added to improve your ability to manage projects (including Agile projects) in ProChain Fusion:
The Backlog concept has been implemented, including in task view filters. Backlog Task can be linked together, but they will not be scheduled. A backlog task without successors can also be converted into an endpoint.
You can create a new project from any project view.
You can create a new endpoint from the Project Endpoints view. You can also delete an endpoint if it has no predecessors.
A new Prioritize switch allows you to prioritize endpoints from the Project Endpoints view.
You can create new project tasks from any primary task views. It will automatically be in the Backlog until you link it to an endpoint.
You can create and edit task links from the Task Links view.
Tasks' Scheduling Priority values (Task Sequence in earlier versions of Fusion Desktop) are now subordinate to Endpoint Priority in the ProChain scheduling engine. That means the most important thing is Endpoint Priority, then Scheduling Priority within that. The values may be set in the Task Details view or on a task view via bulk update.
Endpoints can now be Re-buffer on a Schedule Update by selecting "Rebuffer on Next Update" from the Actions Menu next to an endpoint name.
You can now Reschedule projects in Fusion. You will find this option in the Actions menu at the top right of the Project Details view.
There are some new views:
A toggle has been added to Endpoint views to show a multi-buffer fever chart.
There is a new Project History tab on the project details screen that allows you to see historical events (e.g. updates and reschedules) and update comments.
There is a new Project Resources tab in Project Details that allows you to view and edit your project's resources.
From this tab, you can create new resources.
When you create a new resource, you can also choose to import the resources and calendars from a different project.
There are various enhancements to existing views:
On the Impact Chain view, you can now do a search for tasks with specific text in their names or for Unique ID.
There is a new "Show landing zone" option in the project and endpoint views to show the project's current Landing Zone as a bar.
There is now an option to view task links on the Gantt for all task views.
Completed tasks now have bars in the Gantt chart, showing Actual Times.
Various data and filtering fields have been added. For example:
Expanded Times can be added as optional columns in the task views to show a more pessimistic view of when tasks will be worked.
A Criticality Ratio column has been added to the project and endpoint views showing the Criticality Ratio of the endpoint tasks.
Task views can now be filtered for endpoints.
The Endpoint views have a new Priority Endpoint filter in order to filter for only a project's Priority Endpoint. This is especially useful for the Multi-Buffer Fever Chart.
Projected Finish Date has been added for viewing and sorting in project and endpoint views.
When you click on an Assignee, you now have a "suggested list" of your last three selections, and you can filter the list by user group.
Bulk updating is now allowed in all task and project views. That means you can select fields and enter the same data across all items you've selected.
There is a new Notifications center that allows users to see the status of running jobs (like schedule updates), important activities (e.g. someone assigned a task to you), and current announcements.
There is a new System Announcements capability that lets System Administrator create system-wide announcements. An announcements displays as a pop-up when you login if you have never viewed it before.
A Project can now be restored from backups using the Actions Menu from Project Details, if you have set your System Options to create Backup Files.
Page titles have been added to browser tabs so that you can differentiate them when you have multiple tabs open.
Setup allows you to create an IP Whitelist, which is a list of IP addresses that are allowed access to the system.
There is a new Fusion Software Development Kit (SDK) for .NET that should make development with our API easier for .NET developers. It can be referenced through the ProChain Fusion API help screen.
Changes
The left navigation menu has been changed to allow expanded or collapsed mode and resizing.
The two endpoint priorities from version 14 ("scheduling" and "indicators") have been merged to one priority.
You can now assign an Assignee to Summary Taskand Milestone
Fixes
Custom field values were not displaying in “prioritize mode” in the My Tasks view.
Impact Chain view was incorrectly sorting tasks that were under a summary task.
When updating the task Actual Start or Actual Finish on the Task Details view, the time would shift based on the difference between the user’s selected time zone and UTC.
Various small fixes and performance improvements were made.
Version 14.10.5
August 2, 2022
Fixes
Project managers who were also assigned as user managers could lose permissions to update their projects.
The Impact Chain view would incorrectly sort tasks if it contained a mix of tasks with Summary Task and tasks without summary tasks.
The Check-in Date on Project Details was incorrectly showing the last Status Date.
Version 14.10.4
July 15, 2022
Fixes
Attempting to create a Checklist with durations for an unassigned task resulted in an error.
A “Server API rate limit has been reached” error was displayed when scrolling to the bottom of a selection list in the group administration and group permission administration screens.
Version 14.10.3
June 7, 2022
Fixes
Attempting to sort a task list view by Project and Criticality would result in an error message and no results being displayed.
Attempting to create a new checklist task for an unassigned task could result in an error page being displayed. If you tried to update the duration or task state of the new checklist task before saving it, the application would return an error.
The Gantt chart on the project and endpoint list views was not handling future project start dates correctly. The projected time bar will now start at the project start date, if later than the status date.
Non-Project Task visibility could be incorrectly set to private when creating a new non-project task. This would happen if your default non-project task visibility option on the My Account Profile page was set to one or more user groups.
The drop-down list of endpoints on the Fever Chart page was not including endpoints that were currently in Yellow status (in the yellow zone on the fever chart).
User accounts were not being deactivated after 5 failed login attempts. For security reasons, Fusion should deactivate a user account after 5 failed login attempts.
When creating permission records, the selection lists of projects, groups, and resources would display duplicate names.
Starting or completing a task could result in an invalid Actual Times date if the project had a start date in the future.

Version 14.10.0
April 27, 2022
New features
The Team view was added as a new custom view type and the My Team view was updated with new features, including a Gantt chart and column customization.
A new option was added for Checklists, Use as Parent Task Duration, that allow the parent task duration and state to be independent of the duration and state of the checklist tasks. Note: Fusion Desktop 14.3 or later is required to support this feature on the desktop.
Projects can be configured to update on an automatic daily or weekly schedule. This schedule can be set on the Project Details page.
A new Visibility property was added on the Task Details for non-project tasks. This property allows you to control who has permission to view the non-project task. You can also configure a default Visibility on your Profile page. This default Visibility will be used by default whenever you create a new non-project task. NOTE: Private non-project tasks can now be viewed by system administrators, task managers assigned to the task, and the assignee’s user managers.
Fusion now supports Credibility Profile . System Administrator can create and edite credibility profiles from the Setup section of the Fusion site. If a project is configured to use a credibility profile, a credibility report will be generated every time the project schedule is updated.
A new Subtasks tab was added the Task Details view for Summary Task. This is a fully customizable task view that displays the subtasks for the selected summary task.
You can now upload a profile photo on your Profile page. This profile photo will be displayed in lieu of your initials throughout the application.
Fusion now supports self-service password reset. Users must have a verified email address in their Fusion user profile to use the self-service password reset feature. This feature is not applicable to Windows login users. A new Visibility property was added to Non-Project Task that allows you to choose who can view the task.
For Fusion Desktop and Fusion Pipeline, we now allow download of software and documentation from Fusion through the Desktop App screen. Users' installations can also be set to automatically update to the latest version.
You may use Task Key in task view URLs. A task key is a concatenation of the project abbreviation and the task's Unique ID. If you know the Unique ID for a task, you can simply change the URL directly to switch between tasks.
Changes
Program support is significantly improved, with reference information available on the Task Details and program information available on the Project Details.
The Checklist view columns can now be customized.
Fever Charts views can be shared and displayed as full-screen views.
Project and endpoint views can now sort by Update Comment and Buffer Used in Last Week columns.
The Cloud Terms of Service have changed.
Task Links and Impact Chain view customization has been improved. Changes to view customization can now be permanently saved.

Resource dependencies on the Impact Chain were not calculated correctly when the sensitivity filter was greater than 0 days.
The Assignment Impact calculation was not subtracting the task’s slack.

Project and task URLs can also be bookmarked or shared with other Fusion users.A new Download View action was added to custom views. This action will download a file that contains the view settings. The Task Details and Project Details views were redesigned to be more responsive to available screen width.
Searching for users (in the Admin: Users screen and when populating Assignee and manager fields) has been improved to allow you to search for full names, partial first and last names, and multiple names (separated by commas).
Searching for tasks has been improved to allow you to search multiple terms (separated by commas). Typing a number in the search box will now search for a matching task UID and for a partial task name match. New “3 days” and “4 days” options were added to all date filters, like Last Update and Projected Start.

The Group by Impact option on the Impact Chain was not sorting correctly for Days to Impact values of less than a day.
There were occasional problems transmitting view links using email.

New features
The My Projects view will now support full customization of columns, filters and sorts.
After the upgrade from 14.7, your My Projects view will not be filtered and will display all of the projects that you have permission to view.

Changes
Fusion is no longer assigning a random color to projects when they are first added. New projects are assigned a standard neutral color that can be changed in the Project Details.
The Assignee is now displayed for tasks that you do not have permission to view in the Task Links view.
Fixes
Clicking on the Duration or Task State in the Impact Chain or Task Links would cause the application to display an error page if the user was not a System Administrator.
Changing task priorities on My Tasks with an open sidebar would prevent you from closing the sidebar and from saving the priority changes.
The Assignment Delay was displayed in minutes instead of days.
The Share View functionality did not work if the view name contained any digits.
You could not create users with non-Latin characters in the username.
