Video Courses

Fusion Online provides a series of video courses and tutorials to help you learn key features and best practices. These videos cover everything from basic navigation to advanced project management techniques within Fusion Online.

Accessing video courses

You can access the video courses directly from Fusion Online:

1. Open Fusion Online.

2. In the top-right corner of the header, click the Help icon .

3. This opens the Help sidebar, which includes context-aware help topics and a direct link to the video tutorial library.

4. Click Go to ProChain University.

5. You will be taken to the video courses website, where you can begin watching tutorials.

Accessing video tutorials from the Help sidebar

Automatic authentication

Fusion Online will authenticate you automatically when opening the video tutorials from the Help sidebar.

• When you click the Go to ProChain University link, you are automatically signed in to the video course website.

• If you bookmark the video course website and try to access it directly later, you may need to re-authenticate.

  • To re-authenticate, simply return to Fusion Online and open the tutorial link again from the Help sidebar.

On-premise Fusion Online users

On-premise users can now access video tutorials, but access depends on configuration.

• If the on-premise Fusion Online application server can reach the Fusion License Service, then users will be automatically authenticated and able to access the video tutorials.

• If the server cannot access the License Service, the tutorial link will not be displayed in the Help sidebar.

• In environments where access is restricted, users should contact their Fusion Online administrator to request access or verify connectivity.
