My Projects
The My Projects view displays a list of projects that you have permission to access in Fusion Online, allowing you to efficiently manage and monitor project progress. This view offers customizable options, including filters, columns, sorting, and an optional Gantt chart for visualizing projects over time.

Customizing and saving your view
The My Projects view offers several options for customization, allowing you to tailor the view to your specific needs. You can adjust filters, columns, sorting, and other display settings to better manage your project list.
For an overview of how to customize views in Fusion Online, refer to the Navigating Fusion Online page, which covers the basics of view customization and how to save your changes.
Columns and fields
Project fields that can be displayed in columns are described in the project fields documentation.
Filters
Task filters are described in the project filters documentation.
Sorting
Project views can be sorted with up to three levels of sorting. You can sort by any field that is marked as sortable in the project fields documentation.
Bulk actions
When you select one or more projects in the view, the following bulk update options become available:
Activate: Activates the selected deactivated projects, making them visible and schedulable again.
Deactivate: Deactivates the selected projects. When a project is deactivated, its tasks, endpoints, and resources are hidden from all views, making the project and its associated data inaccessible in Fusion Online. Schedule updates cannot be run on deactivated projects. Typically, you would deactivate a project when it is no longer in use, such as after the project has been completed and access to its information is no longer required.
Lock: Locks the selected projects, preventing other users from updating the project or any of its tasks.
Unlock: This action will only unlock projects that are locked by a user. If the project is locked by the system, it means that it is in the process of being updated and cannot be unlocked.
Update Schedule: Runs a schedule update for the selected projects. See Updating project schedules for more details.
Reschedule: Reschedules the selected projects. See Updating project schedules for more details.
Bulk Update: Lets you select specific fields to update for the selected projects. See
Delete Project: Deletes the selected projects. Project deletion is permanent and a project cannot be recovered after it is deleted.

Updating project schedules
From the bulk actions, you can run an Update Schedule or a Reschedule for the selected projects.
Update Schedule
The schedule update is the process of recalculating task projected times and buffer consumption in the schedules using the latest task updates and project status date. The Update Schedule dialog allows you to select a Status Date and enter an Update Comment. The dialog also displays a list of the projects you have selected to be updated. If any of the selected projects cannot be updated (for example, they are locked or deactivated), this will be indicated in the list of project names.
There are two checkbox options in the dialog:
Use last status date and time: Select this option to update the schedules using the current status dates for the projects.
Resequence Tasks: Select this option to cause the scheduler to re-level across resources. This may result in less buffer consumption, but it may also cause significant reshuffling of tasks.

Reschedule
The reschedule is the process of resetting your project's buffers, critical chain, and other indicators. Rescheduling a project causes its scheduled times and buffers to be re-created from scratch. The Reschedule dialog is similar to the Update Schedule dialog described above.
There are two checkbox options in the dialog:
Use last status date and time: Select this option to reschedule using the current status dates for the projects.
Clear the project update history: Select this option to delete the existing project history, including all status points. If you do not clear the project update history, you will be able to access previous fever charts and status points in the Fever Charts view.

Priority endpoints
The Priority Endpoint column displays the priority endpoint for each project. This column is a composite column that includes the buffer status, trend indicator, and endpoint name for the priority endpoint. It also includes an action menu that allows you access the Impact Chain and Fever Chart views for the endpoint.

Gantt chart
Project views support an optional Gantt Chart that displays the priority endpoints for each project graphically over time, aligned with the table view. The Gantt chart can be enabled or disabled based on your needs.

Gantt chart features
Zoom: Adjust the time scale for a more detailed or broader view. There's also a button to automatically scale to view all of the projects on the current page.

Legend: Displays the meaning of colors and shapes used in the Gantt chart.

Tooltips: Hover your mouse pointer over chart elements, like buffers, to get more information or to find specific actions.
Gantt chart options
Show Elapsed Time: Displays a gray bar from the project's Start Date to the current Status Date, indicating the total elapsed time.
Show Buffer Status Color: Changes the projected time Gantt bar color to reflect the current fever chart status, allowing quick visual identification of buffer health.
Show Landing Zone: Displays a blue bar representing the endpoint's landing zone, from the Landing Zone Start to the Landing Zone Finish.

Trend options
The trend options control the sensitivity of the trend indicator that is displayed in the Priority Endpoint column. These options are found in the same options menu as the Gantt options.
Trend Period: Adjust the time period used in the trend calculation.
Trend Threshold: Adjust the sensitivity of the trend calculation.
