Workspace

The Workspace section in Fusion Online provides a consistent, fixed set of views that are available to all users. This structure helps ensure that new users have a clear starting point, and it simplifies documentation and instructions because everyone sees the same options within the Workspace. The Workspace includes five views: My Tasks, My Projects, My Endpoints, My Team, and My Resources.

Unlike the customizable views in the Views section, the views in the Workspace cannot be renamed or removed. While many users will find these views sufficient for managing their tasks, projects, and other data, more advanced users like project managers can create their own custom views in the Views section for specific needs.

Below is an overview of each view in the Workspace, with links to more detailed documentation:

My Tasks

The My Tasks view lets you see, prioritize, and customize your personal task list. It displays only the tasks assigned to you. Visit the My Tasks documentation for more details.

My Projects

The My Projects view displays a list of projects that you have permission to access, providing an overview of project statuses and details. You can fully customize filters and view layout. Visit the My Projects documentation for more information.

My Endpoints

My Team

My Resources

The My Resources view provides access to all resources allocated to projects that you have permission to access, allowing you to visualize resource load. You can fully customize filters and view layout. Visit the My Resources documentation for more information.
