Load Graph

The Load Graph tab in the Resource Details provides a visual representation of resource load for the duration of the project.

The Load Graph displays a bar chart of load data for the selected resource, with options to customize the view for better analysis:

• Load Type: Select between Projected Times and Expanded Times to determine the basis for resource load calculations. Projected Times use the standard times calculated by the Project Scheduler with Focus Duration, while Expanded Times are calculated using Low-Risk Duration for a more conservative estimate.

• Time Scale: While load data is calculated weekly, you can adjust the time scale in the Load Graph to display data by Month or Quarter.

• Group by: Segregate load within each bar. Selecting Critical Tasks separates non-critical and critical load.

• Show Availability: Enables a dotted line and shaded area to indicate the resource's availability for the specified period. Bars that exceed this line reflect a load above 100%.

You can also click on any segment within a bar to open a task list view with the specific tasks contributing to that load segment, allowing for a detailed review of tasks impacting resource load.
