User Tasks

The User Tasks view provides a focused view of tasks assigned to a specific user. You can access this view by clicking on a user’s name in team view or by selecting the View User’s Tasks option from the Assignee column menu in a task view. The User Tasks view opens as a sidebar but can also be opened as a primary view by CTRL-clicking the link.

Overview

The User Tasks view includes two tabs at the top:

  • Tasks: Displays the user’s tasks, identical in functionality to the My Tasks view but filtered for the selected user instead of the current user. For more information on filters, prioritization, and customization, refer to the My Tasks documentation.

  • Profile: Shows read-only information about the user, providing a quick reference to their profile details.

In the User Tasks view, you can only prioritize tasks for another user if you have the required permissions:

  • System Administrators have full access to prioritize tasks for any user.

  • User Managers can also prioritize tasks for team members they manage.
