Assigned Task Count

  • Description: The number of tasks assigned to the user within the selected Assignment Load Horizon.

  • Available in: Team views

Assignment Delay

  • Description: The Assignment Delay for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Assignment Finish

  • Description: The Assignment Finish for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Assignment Impact

  • Description: The Assignment Impact for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Assignment Load

  • Description: Displays the percentage load for the user over the selected Assignment Load Horizon timeframe.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Assignment Start

  • Description: The Assignment Start for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Available Duration

  • Description: The amount of time available to the user within the selected Assignment Load Horizon timeframe. This duration is 0 days if the user is 100% loaded or has no availability on their calendar for the specified period.

Blocked Reason

  • Description: The Blocked Reason for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

Calendar

  • Description: The calendar associated with the user.

  • Available in: Team views.

Criticality

  • Description: The Criticality for the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Department

  • Description: The department associated with the user.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Duration

  • Description: The Duration for the user's current task.

Full Name

  • Description: The user's full name.

Last Update

  • Description: The Last Update for the user's current task.

Max Assignment Impact

  • Description: The highest Assignment Impact value among all of the user’s task assignments within the selected Assignment Load Horizon timeframe.

Organization

  • Description: The organization associated with the user.

  • Available in: Team views.

  • Sortable: Yes.

Project

  • Description: The Project associated with the user's current task.

  • Available in: Team views.

Projected Finish

  • Description: The Projected Finish for the user's current task.
