Manage Fusion Desktop licenses

Fusion Online allows administrators to manage Fusion Desktop and Fusion Pipeline licenses for users. This guide explains how to assign, view, and transfer desktop app licenses.

Who can manage licenses?

To manage desktop app licenses, you must be a System Administrator or User Administrator.

Assigning a Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline license

Licenses are assigned to users from the User Details page.

Steps to assign a license:

1. Navigate to Admin > Users in the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the user’s name to open the User Details page.

3. Scroll to the Desktop Apps section.

4. Select Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline to assign a license.

5. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Viewing assigned Desktop App licenses

To view users with assigned Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline licenses:

1. Go to the Admin > Users in the left navigation menu.

2. Use the Desktop Apps filter to display only users with a desktop app license.

3. Sort the list if needed to organize by assigned licenses.
