Get the latest Fusion Desktop

Keep Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline up to date by checking for new versions and enabling update notifications.

Check for updates

To check if a newer version is available:

1. Open Microsoft Project with Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline installed.

2. In the Fusion Desktop ribbon, click About Fusion Desktop.

3. Click Check for Updates:

   • If a new version is available, the button will display the version number and change to Download and Install.

   • If no updates are found, you are on the latest version.

4. (Optional) Enable Notify me when a new version is available to receive update notifications when launching Microsoft Project.

Important Notes

• This process assumes Fusion Desktop or Fusion Pipeline is already installed.

• If your System Administrator has disabled the Allow Download and Auto-Update setting in Fusion Online System Options, you will not see update options in Fusion Desktop.

• If your IT department manages software installations, contact them to obtain the latest version.
