Configure notifications
Fusion Online gives you full control over the types of notifications you receive—both in-app and by email—so you can stay informed without being overwhelmed. You can tailor your preferences to match your role on the team and the kind of work you manage or follow.

Access your notification settings
Go to My Account in the left navigation menu.
Click on Notification Settings.
You’ll be taken to the Notification Settings page, where notifications are grouped by category.
Notification categories
Fusion organizes notifications into several categories based on your relationship to the task, project, or user:
Activity Notifications – Alerts for mentions (
@username) and reactions to commentsAssignee Notifications – Task updates for items you are assigned to
Project Manager Notifications – Updates to tasks and projects where you are a project manager
Project Subscribe Notifications – Updates to tasks and projects where you’ve clicked Subscribe on the Project Details page
Resource Manager Notifications – Notifications for tasks where you are assigned as the resource manager for the assigned resource(s)
Task Manager Notifications – Updates on tasks where you are assigned as the task manager
Task Subscribe Notifications – Notifications from tasks where you’ve clicked Subscribe in Task Details
User Manager Notifications – Notifications for tasks assigned to users for whom you are a User Manager
All notifications you enable will appear in your Notification Center (the bell icon in the top navigation), regardless of whether email delivery is enabled.
Email notification options
Most notification types also support email delivery (except for reactions, which are never sent by email). You can choose one of the following email options:
Never – Do not send emails
As soon as possible – Get an email for each notification shortly after it occurs
Once per day – Receive a single daily summary email with all your notifications
These settings help you manage your inbox while still staying connected to project activity.
