Profile

The Profile page, found under My Account in the navigation menu, allows you to edit your profile information and customize display and task options. Below are the sections and settings available on this page.

Your profile

Contact Information

The Contact Information section displays your basic profile information, such as your name and email address.

  • Fusion Identity users: If you are using Fusion Identity authentication, these fields are read-only. You can click the link to Fusion Identity to edit your profile there.

  • Username/Password users: If you are using Username/Password authentication, you can edit your profile information directly on this page.

License and Organization

Displays key information related to your account permissions and group assignments.

  • License: Indicates your user license type—either Team Lead or Team Member. This can be changed by an administrator.

  • Organization: The default organization to which you have been assigned. This can be changed by an administrator.

  • Role: An optional field to specify your role within the organization.

  • Department: An optional field to specify your department.

  • User Managers: Lists the managers assigned to your account. This can be changed by an administrator.

  • User Groups: Displays the user groups you belong to. This can be changed by an administrator.

Display Options

Allows customization of how dates and times appear throughout Fusion Online.

  • Time Format: Choose between 24-hour and 12-hour formats for time display.

  • Date Format: Select your preferred date format. Choosing the option labeled “(default)” will apply the system’s default format.

  • Time Zone: Select your time zone. Choosing the option labeled “(default)” will apply the system’s default time zone.

Non-Project Task Options

Defines visibility and duration settings for non-project tasks assigned to you.

  • Default Visibility: Controls the default visibility for non-project tasks. You can override this setting for individual tasks:

    • Public: All users can view the task.

    • Organization: Only users within your organization can view the task.

    • User Groups: Specify user groups allowed to view the task.

    • Private: Only you (and system administrators) can view the task.

  • Duration Options: Choose the options used to parse and display durations for non-project tasks assigned to you.

Profile Photo

For Username/Password users, this section allows you to upload or change your profile photo directly. Fusion Identity users can update their profile photo by clicking the link to access their profile in Fusion Identity.

Password Settings and Security Options

For Username/Password users, this section allows you change your password. Fusion Identity users can view their authentication methods by clicking the link to access their profile in Fusion Identity.
